Is this place stroller/ pram friendly?

“Sky Garden is equipped with a step-free access throughout the floors!
There are also lifts on Philpot Lane and Rood Lane that take you from street level to the Sky Garden entrance level for mobility or wheel-chair users. Upstairs, there are further lifts available that operate between different levels of the garden, to ensure you can make the most of your experience!”
