“Yes. Elevators are available for visitors with baby strollers. Strollers must be folded on observation decks.”

No. When we contacted them they confirmed there is no dedicated space for baby changing.
Does this place have a somewhere to nurse in private?
No. When we contacted them they confirmed there is no dedicated space for baby feeding.
