We visited in Dec 24 and all of the entrances we saw were step free. There were lots of people using prams so it didn’t seem a problem but we opted for a carrier as it was easier with the crowds. There are free baby changing facilities (whereas the toilets are paid entry), but I didn’t notice any feeding facilities! Overall all the shopkeepers were very inviting and happy to see baby 😆
