Here’s what their website says:
“You are more than welcome to bring your buggy or pushchair into the attraction, however, it must be kept with you at all times. Any unattended items are likely to be removed by our security team.”
“We pride ourselves in being an accessible attraction, so we have an elevator that covers all three levels of the attraction.”
“We also have a free buggy bay if you wish to leave your Buggy during peak seasons.
Peak season dates:
Every weekend
Here’s what their website says:
“We have baby-changing facilities located in all of our toilets except for the male toilets at the end of Rainforest Adventure. Please ask a member of staff for the nearest baby changing facilities on your visit.”
Their website doesn’t mention this, but here’s what they told us:
“We do indeed have a room for anyone wanting to nurse, feed, or for those that are a little over whelmed and just need a quiet calm space. Guests only need to ask a member of staff for assistance.”
We visited here in June and our bubs was 5 months old. It was a weekend so the stroller parking was available but it wasn’t very busy so they had no objection to us taking our pram round with us. Lifts were on obvious routes and not busy. No complaints about the changing facilities. Didn’t notice any nursing space.
